Concierge is our most private format. Your clinician comes to your home, your vacation property, or another private location you arrange. There is no office visit, no public scheduling system, no record of you arriving anywhere. For some of the couples we serve, this is the only format that fits.
The work itself is the same clinical intensive we deliver in our Smyrna office. Choose a Half Day (four focused hours) or a Full Day (six to eight hours, paced with breaks). The difference from in-office is the setting. You stay in your own environment, with all the comfort and discretion that comes with it. We bring the structure.

We handle all travel and logistics on our end. You do not pick up, set up, or coordinate anything beyond opening the door.
Focused clinical hours
Four hours (Half Day) or six to eight hours (Full Day), structured around your space and your situation.
Follow-up calls
One 30-minute follow-up within two weeks (Half Day) or two follow-ups within thirty days (Full Day). Continued-care recommendations after.
Complete confidentiality
No public scheduling system. No notes on your medical record unless you request them. The most discreet engagement we offer.

All of Georgia. Metro Atlanta is included in the base price. Locations outside metro Atlanta carry an additional travel fee, agreed to before booking.
Your home, a second residence, a hotel suite, or another private location you arrange. We will discuss what works clinically on the Private Intake Call.
A quiet, comfortable space where you can talk uninterrupted. Two seated areas. The household should be otherwise clear of family or staff for the day.
You can have meals catered in, prepare them yourself, or arrange delivery. Your clinician brings water and a few essentials.

Metro Atlanta locations (Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, Vinings, and surrounding) are included in the base price. Travel fees for other Georgia locations are calculated transparently and confirmed before you book.

Yes. We serve couples throughout Georgia. Locations outside metro Atlanta carry an additional travel fee that we calculate and share with you before you book. There are no surprises on the day.
Your clinician arrives discreetly, in professional but unmarked attire, with a single bag. There is nothing on the exterior of any vehicle or person that identifies the visit as clinical. For couples who need additional discretion, we can arrange a neutral arrival point and your clinician will travel the rest of the way separately.
Yes, and it is common. Some couples specifically choose to do the work outside their primary home, particularly when the patterns they are working on are tied to that space. A hotel suite, second residence, or rented property works well as long as the space is private and uninterrupted for the day.
Life happens. Your clinician will pause the work, you handle what you need to handle, and we resume when you are ready. If the disruption is significant, we extend the day or schedule a make-up session. Your clinical time is what matters.
